Chessie is a sweet and loving dog who I carried home in my jacket when she was 8 weeks old. She is going to be 11 in October and is a cancer survivor! Chessie had a lobe removed from her liver in March of 2008. She is addicted to swimming and has 2 best friends who take her all year long. She is quite clingy and spends a lot of her time going wherever I go....tonight was a trek on Bank St. into a little ice cream parlor which also serves ice cream specially made for dogs! Chessie & I went on an incredibly long road trip to Montana this past May...just the two of us! She is a unique, funny, loving and very special dog who comes always comes first...I love her so much!! |
