Lots of folks in Europe have been celebrating the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall this week and though I wasn't born yet when the wall came tumbling down, I am thankful for the end of the Iron Curtain.
Yes, I'm glad our friends in Eastern and Central Europe were able to end decades of political oppression and experience the joys of freedom and democracy. But mostly I'm thankful because had the might Soviet Union not fallen, I may never have been able to enjoy the awesome spectacle that is the Moscow Cat Theatre.
