Apollo was born on March 3, 2010 in Georgia. He and his sister were rescued along with 15 other puppies and Apollo & his sister ended up at the rescue where we found him. We brought him home on 06-26-10, almost a month since we had lost Peanut. Apollo is ALL puppy! He's a mutt, but with STRONG wire-haired terrier traits, which means he loves to bark, is stubborn, needs to run, fetches, and has a wired coat. We named him Apollo because his name means God of the Sun & God of Healing in ancient cultures, both of which fit him perfectly. He loves laying & napping outside in the sun & he has helped us heal from the loss of Peanut. |
